Q. We downloaded Scotland Yard and evaluated it. We now want to order/register it? What do we do next?
A. There are a couple of ways to register Scotland Yard. The easiest and fastest way to register is On-Line by our secure server. After you register, you will receive a confirmation receipt which contains your Registration Number that you can use instantly. Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your Registration Number.

You can also send us a company check or company purchase order. We accept purchase orders from all companies (private, government, non-profit orgs., etc).

Q. Can Scotland Yard be used on an Intranet or over the Internet?
A. Scotland Yard Classic is a Windows-based application designed to work in a LAN or WAN network environment. Scotland Yard Web Edition was designed specifically for your Intranet or over the Internet.

Q. After I register Scotland Yard, do I receive any software in the mail?
A. No. When you register Scotland Yard, you receive a registration number that turns your copy of Scotland Yard into a registered copy.

Q. What kind of licensing scheme does your company offer for this product?
A. Scotland Yard license is based on a single installation (on one server) and the number of users you have in your company.

Q. What kind of support does the software include and is there an additional fee for support packages?
A. Unlimited FREE e-mail support.

Q. I added an employee but don't see the employee in the Employee Status Board. What happened?
A. With Scotland Yard Classic the employee index file is corrupted and can easily be repaired by reindexing. The Reindex menu choice is under the Setup menu choice. Please be sure to have all users exit Scotland Yard to reindex.
