What Gainerly does

Gainerly lets you enter or scan a public Solana wallet address so the app can display portfolio summaries, PnL estimates, token positions, NFT holdings, public wallet activity, and research-oriented wallet intelligence. Gainerly is not a crypto wallet, broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

Information you provide

• Public Solana wallet addresses you add or watch
• Wallet nicknames, labels, and watchlist categories you choose
• Settings such as app lock, hidden NFTs, onboarding state, and display preferences
• Feedback or support messages you send to SY Software

Information from public blockchain and market data sources

To provide app features, Gainerly may retrieve public wallet data and market data from Solana and third-party data providers. This may include:

• Public wallet balances and token accounts
• Public transaction history and detected swaps
• Token metadata, token prices, and historical SOL price data
• NFT metadata, images, collection data, marketplace links, and floor-price estimates when available
• Calculated PnL, cost basis estimates, portfolio summaries, and wallet research statistics

Solana wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public by design. However, a wallet address you choose to save in Gainerly may still be meaningful to you, so we treat saved wallet data with care.

Third-party services

Gainerly may use third-party services to provide app functionality. These providers may receive public wallet addresses or related public wallet summaries as needed to return data to the app.

• Helius for Solana RPC, parsed transactions, wallet assets, token metadata, and NFT data
• Birdeye for token and historical price data
• Magic Eden or marketplace data sources for NFT floor estimates and marketplace links when available
• Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, crash diagnostics if enabled in iOS, and device-level services such as Face ID
• AI analysis providers only if AI-powered wallet analysis is enabled, for generating informational wallet summaries from public wallet statistics

Gainerly does not send seed phrases, private keys, or wallet signing credentials to any service because the app never asks for or stores them.

How we use information

• To save and display wallets you add or watch
• To calculate portfolio value, realized PnL, unrealized PnL, fees, and token-level summaries
• To display NFT holdings and estimated values when public data is available
• To provide wallet intelligence, trader stats, research checklists, and informational analysis
• To enable Pro features, purchase restoration, exports, share cards, and app privacy lock
• To respond to support requests and improve app reliability

Read-only and non-custodial

Gainerly is read-only. It does not ask for seed phrases or private keys, does not connect to your wallet for transaction signing, does not custody assets, does not execute trades, and cannot move funds. Any wallet intelligence, scoring, or follow checklist is provided for research purposes only and is not financial advice.

Storage and retention

Wallets, nicknames, labels, settings, hidden NFT preferences, cached summaries, and similar app data may be stored locally on your device. Deleting the app generally deletes local app data stored with it. Public blockchain data remains available on the Solana blockchain and is not controlled by SY Software.

In-app purchases

Gainerly Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. SY Software does not receive your payment card details. The app may store purchase entitlement status on your device so it can unlock Pro features.

Exports and share cards

If you use export or share features, the app may create CSV files, images, or other output from wallet data shown in the app. You control whether and where you share those files. Tax exports are informational and should be reviewed by you or a qualified tax professional.

App permissions

• Camera may be requested only if you use QR scanning to add a wallet address.
• Face ID or device authentication may be used if you enable app privacy lock. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS; Gainerly does not receive your biometric data.

Sharing

Gainerly does not sell or rent personal information. We do not use third-party advertising libraries. Public wallet addresses and public wallet-derived summaries may be sent to data providers only as needed to provide app features.

Children

Gainerly is not directed to children. Cryptocurrency trading, wallet research, and PnL tracking are intended for users who are old enough to use financial and blockchain-related tools in their jurisdiction.

Your choices

• You can remove saved wallets and watchlist entries in the app.
• You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device.
• You can disable crash analytics sharing in iOS settings if you do not want Apple to share diagnostics with developers.
• You can contact support@sysoftware.com with privacy questions.

Accuracy and limitations

Gainerly uses public data and third-party data sources to estimate PnL, fees, NFT values, trader statistics, and related metrics. Some swaps, token routes, price history, NFT floor estimates, or unusual transactions may be incomplete or unavailable. Gainerly is informational and should not be treated as financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. If significant changes are made, the effective date at the top will be updated.
